IK/Code
A car repair shop at night, the roller shutter half down, a car still up on the lift inside.
Up and running Rottenburg · Tübingen One-man business · Ibrahim Kocak

You do your trade. The AI does the rest.

At six the shop closes and the paperwork starts. The automations from IK / Code keep going: picking up the phone, answering reviews, sorting enquiries. In the morning it's all done and waiting for you.

Call and talk to the AI yourself. No sign-up, no appointment.

Automation

Four things that eat your evening. And what happens instead once an AI takes them over.

A mechanic leaning over the open engine bay of a car in a workshop.
Picks up around the clock

AI phone assistant

Someone calls, nobody picks up, they call the next place. Instead: the AI answers, takes down what they need, they get an appointment or a callback, and the details land on your phone.

It answers when you haven't got a hand free. It covers questions about opening hours, services and prices, takes appointments and callback requests, and sends you everything in a tidy message. Its own number is included, yours stays as it is.

Not a machine saying "please leave a message". A conversation the caller ends with an appointment.

  • Answers in German, in the tone of your business
  • Takes name, number, reason for calling and preferred date
  • Nights, Sundays, holidays: always reachable
Call it and talk to it +49 7472 2889993

A real demo line, no sign-up. The assistant speaks German.

Been coming here for years and the advice is always spot on. Balayage this time, came out exactly as we discussed. Thanks to the whole team!

Answer from IK / Code · 2 minutes later

Hi Melanie, that's good to hear. Balayage is fine work, and it helps enormously to talk it through properly beforehand, which is exactly what we did. We'll pass the thanks on to the team. See you next time!

The bundle

Back-office autopilot

Four things nobody thinks about once the shop is closed. Instead: four automations that work together, as one thing.

Four automations that work together. Book all four separately and you manage four things. As a bundle it's one.

  • Phone AI
  • Review autopilot
  • Appointment reminders
  • Quote follow-ups
Sorts and drafts

AI e-mail agent

Fourteen e-mails, six of them need a reply, and you’re sorting them at ten at night. Instead: the drafts are waiting in your inbox in the morning. You read, adjust, hit send.

It sorts incoming mail by what it's about and puts finished replies in your inbox as drafts. You read them, change what needs changing, hit send.

The agent never sends on its own. No draft leaves your inbox before you've looked at it.

More automations if you need them

Not every business needs the same things. Whatever piles up in your shop after hours can usually be added on its own.

  • Appointment reminders
  • Text message after a missed call
  • Quote follow-ups
  • Quote from a WhatsApp photo
  • Invoice reminders
  • Enquiries confirmed automatically
Close-up: two hands setting the edge of a neckline with a straight razor.

No AI can do this. Everything after it, yes.

What do the calls nobody answers cost you?

Put in your own numbers. The maths happens on your device, nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

Sitting in those calls each month

€3,100 to €4,700

A rough estimate built from your own numbers. No promise, no forecast, and no claim that these calls would have turned into jobs.

The phone AI that answers those calls costs €90 a month.

Who already runs this

Businesses working with these automations. The first one is my own.

  • Running while you read this

    IK / Code, Rottenburg

The number at the top of this page is answered by the phone AI, not by me. It picks up while I’m out at a customer’s and sends me the name, number and what they need.

This isn’t a screenshot or a video. You can check it yourself in the next minute.

Call it if you want to hear what that sounds like.

Your website is the front door. It earns its keep when someone behind it answers the enquiries.

Websites

Hand-built instead of a site builder. Three levels, depending on how much of your business you want online.

A joiner holding a cut board in the workshop, shavings on the bench.
Level 1

One-pager

One page that carries everything that matters.

  • Hero, services, contact
  • Appointment booking
  • Maintenance and SEO included
Level 2

Website

When services, team and directions deserve pages of their own.

  • Everything from the one-pager
  • Up to 5 subpages
  • Maintenance and SEO included
Level 3

Premium

For businesses with several lines of work or several locations.

  • Everything from Website
  • Up to 10 subpages
  • Extras by arrangement
  • Maintenance and SEO included
  • Fast even on a bad signal. None of the site-builder ballast that takes three seconds out in the countryside.
  • No tracking, no cookie banner. Nothing anyone has to click away first.
  • Online in about two weeks. From the fixed quote to the finished site.
  • Maintenance and SEO basics included. No invoice for every word you change.
  • You own all of it. Domain, content, source code. Even if you leave one day.

Packages and terms

Prices aren't listed here on purpose. What your business needs depends on your business. A short call or a message gets you to a fixed quote.

  • Payment

    Monthly, no set-up fee

Payable per month. Nothing on top for building it.

  • Term

    12 months, then monthly

After the first year you can cancel monthly, effective at the end of the month.

  • Included

    Maintenance and SEO

Part of every website package, not a separate line item.

  • If you switch

    First month free

If you move over from an existing website, on a 12-month term. Doesn't apply to add-ons and the domain.

  • Add-on

    Domain

Registration, DNS and SSL, bookable once.

  • Always included

    Appointment booking

With every package. Setting it up is part of the fixed quote.

Ask for a quote

Tell me what you have and what you need and you get a number, not a range. There's also a configurator that puts a package together, but it's in German only for now.

IK / Code only works for businesses and self-employed people, not for private individuals.

How it works

Three steps, in this order. About two weeks pass between the first call and a site that's running.

  1. A call and a look around

Free and without obligation, by phone or by mail. I look at what's piling up on your side.

  2. Fixed quote

Clear scope, fixed price, clear timing. No range, no "from", no surprise on the first invoice.

  3. Done and running

Online in about two weeks. After that I keep looking after it, without you having to think about it.

A stack of full ring binders and loose paperwork on a desk.

This doesn't have to wait for you any more.

What businesses ask before they start

What happens when the AI can’t answer something?

It makes nothing up. It says I’ll sort that out with you directly, takes down a name and number, and passes both to me. That isn’t a good intention, it’s written into its instructions.

Does the AI book appointments on its own?

No. It takes down what someone wants and passes it on. The booking itself is done by you or through your booking system. Online booking is a separate piece that can be set up with any package.

Can I see what the AI said?

Every enquiry reaches your phone in a fixed shape: name, number, what it’s about, a note. A written record of the call is kept, an audio recording is not. If you want to read a call back, you get it.

Can I switch the AI off?

The AI runs on its own phone number. Your existing number stays exactly as it is. You decide whether and when calls go there.

What happens to my customers’ data?

Only what a callback needs is taken down: name, number, a short note on what it’s about. No audio recording. There is a data processing agreement with the voice provider. The rest is in the privacy policy.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. The phone AI gets its own number, yours stays unchanged.

Does the e-mail agent send mail in my name?

No, not one. It sorts and drafts, and the drafts sit in your inbox until you read them and hit send. There is no switch that lets it do that on its own.

For the curious: what it runs on

If you want to know what this is built from: it changes nothing for your business, the parts run on my side, not yours.

  • n8n ties the steps together: a call comes in, a note goes out.
  • Claude works out what someone wants and writes the replies.
  • Twilio is the phone line the calls run on.
  • ElevenLabs gives the phone AI its voice.

What's it about

What happens with your details is set out in the privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung, German).

Nothing passed on to third parties. No newsletter. Just an answer from me.
